Yippee!

Today started off GRRRREAT!  Fisher had a doctor's appointment to make sure his lungs were clear and the congestion he is having is just sinus.  It is.  The doctor also pulled his labs from Fort Polk for me and reviewed them.  She said he no longer needs to take his iron!  YAY!  I will have him re-checked in a few months to make sure he is still good.
We rented a car today so I could go out and take pictures of the house, which I did.  I absolutely love it.  I am working on finding a way to get the pictures to those of you who don't have facebook without having to email them.  The house is actually a duplex times 2!  There are more families there.  We have marble floors, a very large kitchen and a huge back deck that looks out to the mountains!  :)  Everything is so pretty!  The windows and doors have major safety features, which I love!  There are 16 doors and windows in the house.  The doors have the safe-style locks (makes dead bolts look cheap!).  All the doors and windows have safety shutters that close and lock from the inside.  (Also very good for keeping the rooms dark and cool in the summer!) The neighbors are awesome!  Lots of friends for the kids and dogs (ha!)!  There is a park close by, a pool, and lots of little shops!  They also told us that the gelato man comes by in the spring and summer!  I will be more excited about that than the kids.  The gelato is much better for you and better in taste than the American ice cream.
The kids had another good day at school. Hunter is in hot water with me though.  He forgot his jacket somewhere and I will have to do a search for it tomorrow.  :(  grrrr!
After they got home from school, I took Abbi to see the doctor about her ear.  (Her ear is draining and sore again!)  She has yet another ear infection and the tube is still in place!  She will be taking Amoxicillin for 7 days. O boy...
Rob cooked dinner tonight while I went to the Commissary for WIC.  He made spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread.  He actually did a great job!  He doesn't use the stove too much; he mainly sticks with the grill.  So I was surprised when I got home and nothing was on fire or burnt!  haha!
I still have a few things to take care of with our in processing here, but it is a slow go for now.  My brain is beginning to hurt!  I need to rest it for a while.  Speaking of rest, yes, I am going to rest my little eyes now as well!  Goodnight!  P.S. Try copying and posting this link below if you do not have facebook and see if you can access the pictures.
