I am so thankful for today. I was absolutely blessed today in the biggest of ways, but but by the smallest thing. I went to get gas so I could turn in the rental car and I just felt like I needed to go to a certain gas station right outside post. I know now that is was the Lord's leadership! I pulled up and a woman approached me and asked if I was going back on post. She then asked me if she showed me her ID if I would take her back with me so she didn't have to cross the busy highway. I assured her that she was more than welcome to ride with me. After I finished with the gas, we took off for the base. We enjoyed only a few minutes of fellowshipping and I dropped her off where I dropped off the rental car. We wished each other well, and she left. I got to cleaning out the van and found that she had left 10 euro in the cupholder. It was not about the money at all, but it was just a little reminder of God's goodness to us. He gave me a nice conversation with a wonderful young woman at the beginning of the day and He did bless us with 10 extra euro. It was nice. :)
The rest of my day was spent running errands and then being lazy! :) I found out that our house should be ready Monday. Yay! :) Great news! I finished the kids enrollment for baseball/softball. I should be able to enroll Fisher in sign language and art tomorrow. He will start swimming lessons in May! That should go well, he LOVES the water now!
I grilled steaks for my valentine this evening. He had to work all day today. It was weird not seeing him ALL day long. He did not come home with stitches, so it was a good day. He said his dog is totally psycho, but he outsmarted her today. Not sure how, but at least he came home with all his limbs and body parts. (TMI...I know, but it could've been bad.) We are now getting ready to lay our heads down. Fisher was awfully fussy this evening so I am wore out!
