That's a No-No!

We started our day today at the Army Health Clinic. The kiddos had physicals for their sports. Hunter has developed a growth on his abdomen next to his belly button. I thought it was a hernia, so I had the doctor check it out. The doctor told him to lay back and he was going to look "down there". I guess Hunter thought that meant his belly. The doctor pulled Hunter's underwear back and Hunter YELLED, "HEY!!!!" The doctor told him, "It's ok buddy, we all go through this." Hunter got mad and embarrassed, so he turned his head. The doctor reached down to "check his boy parts", and Hunter sat up, YELLED louder, "THAT is mine!!!!!" I don't know if the doctor was more startled or tickled, but he got a good chuckle out of it. Hunter did not. He was mad! Very mad! As for e growth, we have to go back and see if it progresses on the 24th. If it has, they will do an ultrasound. Pray for Hunter! Fisher did ok; he does have a functional heart murmur, but my other two do as well. Abbi's toe is getting better. Doc says she sprained it pretty good, but doesn't think that it is broke.
After the doctor's office, I dropped the kids off at school and ran a few errands. Our stuff still has not arrived yet. This is getting old really quick. We move in on Thursday with or without our stuff. I'm getting annoyed with that process. They said it should've been here today, but could've been later this afternoon.
The kids had "math mania" night at school. There were games set up and lots of cool things to do. They were most excited about getting a homework pass! We came home from math night and daddy had decided he was going grocery shopping to get dinner. Wow. That was an experience that won't happen again. Bless his heart. He came home with tomato soup and bread. He had decided to make grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup. To make a long story short...20 minutes after he started, the fire alarms were going off in the building and the fire department was here. Sad but true. And to top it off, he was trying to sing Fisher to sleep and Fisher says, "Stop. Mommy sing." Poor Rob. Hahahaha! Guess I better go sing my baby to sleep! Goodnight!
