Happy Birthday today to Laedin! Sorry we will miss your party, but we love you and miss you tons!
The day in Verona, Saturday, was a rough day, but there was still much pleasure in walking through the city of love. We were able to see the Collesium this time. I can only imagine what the one in Rome is like. The guys dressed up as Romans outside the Collesium were the highlight of the day for everyone!
I had a splitting headache most of the day. And as there is "NO Tylenol in Italy" (says the lady at the Farmacia), I settled for Nurofen (Italy's Ibuprofen). It did not cut my headache though. I couldn't really eat, so I had myself a tall cup of fresh cut fruit (pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, pomegranate, berries)...DELICIOUS! Some of it I had never tried before and I don't really know what it was, but it was good.
Yesterday, was also hard for us. Church was awesome. Bro. Tim really brought a message from the Lord. Fisher came down with a tummy bug or something though. We changed his diaper every few minutes yesterday. Anna also was feeling pretty yucky. Rob was totally suffering with his allergies, but he did manage to hang some family pictures on the wall. Abbi and Hunter made it through the weekend without getting sick, but Hunter managed to fall off his bike and add some more bruises to his collection.
We added some more pictures from Verona, so make sure you check them out!
Praying for a much better day today....
