It seems like the older I get, the less patience I have for certain things. I do not like it when people do not at least attempt to control their children. I know mine can be little brats at times, but we do discipline them and keep things under control. It seems more and more parents are just letting their children run wild. At least there isn't a verse after that one that says "Love Thy Government". I am not at all happy with any of them right now. We are just praying we have a paycheck on the 15th. We know we will get paid for the 1st thru the 8th, but from there, it's up in the air right now. I guess you all have heard about the budget lockdown going on within our government. I'm not really sure who exactly is at fault so we are just blaming them all. What exactly do they plan for their military families to do without income? A couple of big words come to mind... "GAS" (which is currently somewhere around $5.85 per gallon) "GROCERIES" (which could be cut off if there is no budget). Everyone says it will NEVER happen, and I am not a pessimistic person, but I don't think most people see where our world is headed. I know it could happen. The worst is yet to come on this Earth, but the good news is, the BEST is yet to come for us as Christians! If we end up without Earthly things, at least I know that we have Heavenly blessings waiting on the other side! I am just going to try to keep my chin up in the meantime. Thanks to everyone who has offered encouragement and prayers; we truly appreciate each one!
My little Fisher is growing into quite the trouble maker. The past few weeks he has grown so much-in more ways than one! He is growing physically for sure, but his mischeiviousness is growing as well! He tortures Hunter. I know Hunter is the one who taught him how to be a little tormenter, and he deserves it, but I can't help but feel sorry for him when Fisher is attacking him. Fisher is a tough little monster too! Rob stands back with his chin on the floor most days-in shock at how mean this little fellow can be. What used to be funny to Daddy, isn't so funny anymore. I am thinking he understands a little of what his parents must have went through with him :). I was such a good child for my parents (ha!)!!! NO COMMENTS FROM THE PEANUT GALLERY!
