I know that whatever our mansions look like in Heaven, they will be far grander than anything on this Earth, but I would like to put in a request for a stone castle like I saw today! Only, no ruins! You should see what we saw today! The pictures will not do the whole scene justice. You just have to come and visit for yourself. We saw a monstrous castle and wall from the autostrada yesterday and snapped a picture of it. Today, Anna and I decided to set out and find it. We found it alright. It was a castle with a huge wall surrounding it. What appeared to be the original moat was surrounding the entire place. HUGE!!! Inside the stone walls, with the castle overlooking it all, was a city, Soave. Absolutely fascinating. It was like on Robin Hood; you have the Nottingham Castle overlooking the city of Nottingham. Only, this was way bigger than on Robin Hood. Hope everyone gets a chance to look through the pictures. We had quite a time treking up that hill with the stroller. lol! I will be revisiting this site many times.
We also went back to the Romeo and Juliet castles. I didn't realize they are like 10 minutes from my house. Fisher and I could ride our bike there if we wouldn't have to climb a huge mountain! lol! I am excited to explore the rest of this place! LOVING IT!!!!
Fisher has not had a single runny diaper today, and for that I am soooo thankful. After Saturday and Sunday, I don't see how he'd be able to make anymore!!!
