LoVe My LiFe!!!!: ♥ VENICE ♥

WHAT AN ADVENTURE!!!!!!!!!! We had the best time! First let me say that EVERYONE should see Venice! It was beautiful! San Marco's Basillica was breath-taking! We were standing in front of it as the sun was coming up over the top. O my goodness...just can't put it into words! We took the first train out of Vicenza at 6:23 AM and arrived in Venice around 7:30. There weren't very many people up and moving around yet. We turned the GPS on and headed towards the direction it showed us. I turned it off to save the battery. I guess that was my first mistake. It takes a while for the GPS to relocate you when you turn it back on, so we weren't following the "right" directions when we would turn it back on to see where to go next. hahahaha! LOST IN VENICE! Anna says we weren't "lost", we were momentarily misplaced from the direction we should've been heading and our directional navigational capabilities were slightly lacking! Either way, it was great! Actually, it was the most fun part of the day, and our day was pretty fun!!!! You have got to take a look at some of the "streets" (alleys) we took. We were suppose to take them, but we kept getting turned around; we were walking in circles, or squares really! lol! It's not good when you have to pee really bad, you're lost in a country where no one speaks your language, and your best friend (aka travelling partner) is telling jokes doing her best to make you wet your pants! Good times!!! The fresh food market there was fabulous! The fish smell was quite overwhelming, and there were a few gross sights, but other than that, I LOVED it! We are going to go back Monday or Tuesday. Saturday, we will probably hit up Verona or Florence.
Today was grocery shopping day and I am thrilled to report that I save $123.90 with my coupons!!!! The grocery bagger lady was asking me how I saved so much! lol! She didn't realize we could use expired coupons though. Thank you to everyone who has sent some coupons, but they are just about used up, so SEND MORE! hahahahahaha! lol! Love everyone so much!
